About the Role

Reimagined Health is looking for a Product Strategy and Execution Consultant who thrives at the intersection of client strategy, systems design, and applied AI. This is not an order-taking role. You'll be embedded with customers to understand their real problems, challenge assumptions when needed, and translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, workable solutions and products.

This role is 100% remote. Client work will vary in cadence from engagement to engagement, and while occasional client travel is possible depending on the account, it is not expected to be a regular part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with customers to translate core business problems into actionable AI solutions or products, grounded in product strategy and product discovery

  • Understand the user experience to properly prioritize competing opportunities and decipher value in ambiguous workflows

  • Demonstrate a product vision through clear communication, translating it into artifacts such as roadmaps, wireframes, and working prototypes, including executive communications to C-suite stakeholders

  • Act as a thought partner to customers, challenging the product direction when needed

  • Evaluate when solutions should be solved by a human vs. an AI agent, identify where automation adds value, and when to buy vs. build a solution, core to your applied AI / AI product development work

  • Discuss, define, and measure core business outcomes for each engagement

  • Apply systems thinking to understand customer organizations and workflows, including process mapping and workflow analysis and business analysis, to uncover root causes, bottlenecks, and downstream impacts

  • Build and integrate AI tools in your own daily workflow and to accomplish project tasks

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and task execution, with a focus on overseeing the products being built rather than owning full end-to-end project execution. This includes but is not limited to running delivery ceremonies and keeping engagements within budget.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management / product strategy, program execution, or client-facing consulting

  • Experience building products in a client-facing consulting role, or with direct visibility to C-suite/executive leadership

  • Comfort working in Agile/iterative delivery environments

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building AI products with customers

  • Healthcare experience, particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  • Willingness to build and prototype AI products and solutions

  • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range for Senior Consultant Role: $138,975 – $184,837 + up to 15% bonus potential
